Shipping Policy
Cas Beauty partners with major international shipping companies like USPS, FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS who work with local couriers – allowing us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping. You can track your package directly on our website with our integrated tracking system.
You will be charged when your order is placed and fulfilled. You should immediately receive an order confirmation email. If you do not, please contact our support team at casbeautyhelp@gmail.com All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Shipping Process
We require between 1-2 working days (Monday through Friday) on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 working days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.
Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We only ship during working days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.
Shipping Fees
We offer various shipping options, which may incur different fees. The shipping fee for your order will be displayed at checkout. If your region falls under our ‘free’ shipping policy, then there are no shipping costs applicable.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Priority Processing
- Processing Time: Priority Shipping ensures that your order is processed ahead of other non-priority orders. Standard processing times are 1-2 working days. With Priority Processing, your order will be processed in the same timeframe but ahead of non-priority orders, skipping the standard queue.
- Shipping Duration: While Priority Shipping accelerates the processing of your order, it does not alter the standard shipping duration. Standard shipping times range from 7-15 working days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
- Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are approximations and not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances may affect actual delivery times.
- Refunds and Adjustments: In the event that an order with Priority Processing is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, the customer may be eligible for a shipping fee refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and does not cover delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Tracking
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.
For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 working days ago (Monday through Friday) and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Cas Beauty cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customers must wait to cancel/return their items until the package has arrived at its destination. They are welcome to contact the delivery service directly to resolve the matter.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Cas Beauty has no control over these charges, nor can Cas Beauty predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Cas Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported within 48 hours.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change. Cas Beauty shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of order placement. This includes situations where the customer requests an address change prior to the order being processed. The customer acknowledges that Cas Beauty will not be liable for reimbursement or coverage of any shipping costs related to incorrect or changed address details. If the product arrives at an incorrect address, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve their products.
